Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Any order can be canceled up until it is confirmed and sent to us. We respectfully request no order cancellations after the orders have been already placed. Any item can be returned and/or exchanged upon the receipt of the original order. In the event of a return you will receive a full refund for the price of the item. THE SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Requests for refunds, returns and exchanges should be sent to toledostore@yahoo.com.
